DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant for an extension of time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of the Justice Court of the Tarrytown, Westchester County, entered February 23, 2023; and to schedule a CAMP conference pursuant to 22 NYCRR § 731.3.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time is granted and the appeal shall be perfected on or before December 22, 2023; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected by December 22, 2023, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeal, or respondent may move, on three days' notice, to dismiss the appeal, and may serve such application upon appellant in person; and it is further,
ORDERED that the request for a CAMP conference is denied as moot. A CAMP conference is scheduled for December 4, 2023.
