Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 30, 2022, and September 27, 2022, respectively, which were deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c) to vacate the dismissal of the appeals, to extend the time to perfect the appeals and to waive the filing fee.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
