Appeal from an amended judgment of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, dated May 24, 2022. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 21, 2023, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal was extended until October 11, 2023. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs of disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]) and prior order of the Court.
