Appeal and cross-appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 11, 2022. Motion by the respondent Maria Fisher to extend the time to serve and file her brief.

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before December 18, 2023, the respondent Maria Fisher shall serve and file her respondent's brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the brief and upload a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
