| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals by Jorge C. from two orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated February 22, 2023, and February 21, 2023, respectively. Motion by the petitioner-respondent, inter alia, to dismiss the appeals on the ground that no appeal lies from an order of a support magistrate before objections have been reviewed by a judge of the Family Court (see Family Ct Act § 439[e]). Application by the appellant to withdraw the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application to withdraw the appeals is granted and the appeals are deemed withdrawn; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic.
