Appeals from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated August 25, 2023. Motion by the nonparty-appellants to stay enforcement of the order and to remand them to the care and custody of the petitioner-appellant, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, enforcement of the order is stayed, and the nonparty-appellants are remanded to the care and custody of the petitioner-appellant, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
