Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated November 16, 2023. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, to stay enforcement of the order, to remand the subject children to the care and custody of the appellant, and to limit the respondents' visits with the subject children to agency-supervised visits, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
