Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated April 11, 2022. Motion by the respondent for leave to file a replacement brief to correct a typographical error misidentifying the name of counsel for the respondent.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and on or before December 6, 2023, the respondent shall serve and file, via NYSCEF, a replacement brief that corrects the typographical error misidentifying the name of counsel for the respondent and is in all other respects the same as the brief previously filed.
