DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by April L. McMahon from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated July 14, 2023. The appellant was granted leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person on August 18, 2023, and the following named attorney was assigned as counsel to prosecute the appeal:
