DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Genesis S. from six orders of the Family Court, Orange County, all dated May 8, 2023. By letter dated September 5, 2023, assigned counsel notified the Court that counsel had been unable to contact the appellant. By order to show cause dated September 18, 2023, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered relieving the assigned counsel for the appellant and dismissing the appeals in the above-entitled proceedings.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
