| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated December 19, 2022, May 1, 2023, and September 18, 2023, respectively. Motion by the appellant to consolidate the appeals and to stay the CPLR 3408 hearing in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied as academic as the appeals have been consolidated; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay the CPLR 3408 hearing in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, is denied.
