On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 22, 2023, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated November 16, 2023 is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Suffolk County" and substituting therefor the words "Kings County."
