Motion by appellants for leave to reargue an appeal from an amended final judgment of the Justice Court of the Village of Dobbs Ferry, Westchester County, entered September 17, 2020, which was determined in a decision and order of this court dated December 29, 2022, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Appellate Division from this court's decision and order.
