ORDERED that the order on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time," dated November 3, 2023, is amended by deleting from the "Extended Deadline" entry concerning the respondents' time to serve and file a brief in the above- entitled matter the date "November 1, 2023," and substituting therefor the date "December 1, 2023."
