DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by John Brown from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated November 2, 2022. Motion by the respondent pro se for the assignment of counsel and to extend the time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and pursuant to Judiciary Law § 35, the following named attorney is assigned as counsel for the respondent to respond to the appeal:
