Appeals by Shpresim Haxhaj from three orders of the Family Court, Westchester County, two dated January 14, 2020, and one dated March 16, 2020, respectively. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, to stay enforcement of his obligation to pay child support, to stay the garnishment of his wages, and to return funds already garnished, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
