An order having been entered on June 7, 2023, granting respondent-appellant's application to perfect the appeals taken herein as a poor person and assigning Mindy Marranca, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeals,

Now, on the Court's own motion,

It is hereby ORDERED that Caitlin Connelly, Esq., 170 Manhattan Avenue, PO Box 292, Buffalo, New York 14215, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeals taken from orders of the Family Court, Erie, entered November 29, 2022, and February 1, 2023, in place and stead of Mindy Marranca, Esq., and

It is further ORDERED that the Erie County Family Court Clerk provide Caitlyn Connelly, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeals are based, and

It is further ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeals is extended to January 19, 2024, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
