An order having been entered on August 29, 2023, granting respondent-appellant's application to perfect an appeal taken herein as a poor person and assigning Sarah Holt, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeal,
Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Fabienne Santacroce, Esq., dated November 9, 2023, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that Robert Gallamore, Esq., 250 North Red Cliffs Drive, #4B #113, St. George, Utah 84790, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered May 15, 2023, in place and stead of Sarah Holt, Esq., and
It is further ORDERED that the Monroe County Family Court Clerk provide Robert Gallamore, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based, and
It is further ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to January 22, 2024, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
