Counsel for appellant having moved for permission to withdraw as assigned counsel and an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Wyoming County Court, rendered March 17, 2022,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it requests permission to withdraw as counsel is denied, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it requests an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted, the time to perfect the appeal is extended to December 22, 2023, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
