Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated September 15, 2023. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of so much of the order as vacated an order of the same court dated December 5, 2022, and to continue the placement of the subject children in accordance with the order dated December 5, 2022, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, enforcement of so much of the order as vacated the order dated December 5, 2022, is stayed, and the placement of the subject children is continued in accordance with the order dated December 5, 2022, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
