Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated August 15, 2023, and August 25, 2023, respectively. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated August 15, 2023, to stay enforcement of that order, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and to consolidate the appeals. Separate motion by the appellant, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated August 25, 2023, and to stay enforcement of that order, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are for leave to appeal to this Court are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeals purportedly taken as of right are dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions are otherwise denied as academic.
