Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated June 16, 2021. Motion by the appellant to enlarge the record to include the transcript of a proceeding which occurred in the Supreme Court, Westchester County, on August 13, 2019, in the above-entitled action.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that assigned counsel is directed to turn over the transcript to all of the other parties to the appeal, including the attorneys for the children, when counsel serves the appellant's brief upon those parties; and it is further,
ORDERED that assigned counsel is directed to serve a copy of this decision and order on motion upon the clerk of the court from which the appeal is taken.
