Application by Desiree Nneka Hayes, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on February 9, 2000, under the name Desiree Nneka Laster, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Desiree Laster Hayes.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Acting Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Desiree Nneka Hayes to Desiree Laster Hayes, effective immediately.
