| ECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by Tracee Joy Plowell, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on September 15, 1999, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Tracee Joy Plowell-Page.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Acting Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Tracee Joy Plowell to Tracee Joy Plowell-Page, effective immediately.
