Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 23, 2021, and October 23, 2023, respectively. Motion by the appellants to stay enforcement of so much of the order dated October 23, 2023, as directed the production of certain discovery, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal from the order dated October 23, 2023, and to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
