Motion by the plaintiff, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, both dated October 16, 2023, to stay enforcement of the orders, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and for leave to prosecute the appeals as a poor person.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
