Appeal by Jivaro Bristow from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated June 23, 2022, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated November 8, 2023. Motion by the respondent's assigned counsel to be relieved of the assignment and for the assignment of new counsel to respond to a motion filed by the appellant before the Court of Appeals seeking leave to appeal to that Court from the decision and order of this Court. By order on certification of this Court dated October 17, 2022, the following named attorney was assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal:

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
