ORDERED that the appeals from the orders dated October 25, 2023, and July 25, 2023, are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from nondispositional orders in proceedings pursuant to Family Court Act article 8, and article 6, part 3 (see Family Ct Act § 1112), and we decline to grant leave to appeal.
