Appeals from two orders of the Surrogate's Court, Richmond County, dated February 3, 2023, and June 14, 2023, respectively. The appeal from the order dated February 3, 2023, was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by the appellant, inter alia, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c) to vacate the dismissal of the appeal from the order dated February 3, 2023, to extend the time to perfect the appeal from that order, to consolidate the appeals, and to remove the respondent Norman Golub as the administrator of the estate of Sylvia Golub.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c) to vacate the dismissal of the appeal from the order dated February 3, 2023, and to extend the time to perfect the appeal from that order, are denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied as academic; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
