2018-08668 In the Matter of Julie M. Faller, admitted as Julie M. Solinski, voluntary resignor. (Attorney Registration No. 2870053)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Julie M. Faller for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Faller was admitted to the Bar in the State of New York at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on May 20, 1998, under the name Julie M. Solinksi. By decision and order of this Court dated September 24, 2018, Faller's application for voluntary resignation was accepted and the name of Julie M. Faller was removed from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law, without prejudice to an application for reinstatement.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
We find that Julie M. Faller, admitted as Julie M. Solinski, does not demonstrate the requisite character and fitness to practice law.
LASALLE, P.J., DILLON, DUFFY, BARROS, and DOWLING, JJ., concur.
