Motion by defendant, pursuant to CPL 460.30, for an extension of time to take an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, Traffic and Parking Violations Agency, rendered on December 8, 2022.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the papers submitted in support of the motion are deemed to constitute a timely notice of appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is granted and defendant's time to serve and file an affidavit of errors (see CPL 460.10 [3] [a] [ii]) is extended to 30 days from the date of this decision and order.
