Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 20, 2022. Motion by the respondent Ryan P. James to extend the time to serve and file a brief. Separate motion by the respondent Jacqueline A. Krumm to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted, and on or before January 22, 2024, the moving respondents shall serve and file their respective briefs via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve their briefs and upload a digital copy of the briefs, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
