DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Joshua L. R. from three orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated September 13, 2022, November 17, 2022, and April 11, 2023, respectively. Motion by assigned counsel for the appellant to be relieved and for the assignment of new counsel to prosecute the appeals. By order on certification of this Court dated November 2, 2022, the following named attorney was assigned as attorney for the appellant:

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
