DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
FOR REINSTATEMENT

Motion by Robert D. Grace for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Grace was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on July 15, 1992, under the name Robert Darius Grace. By opinion and order of this Court dated August 18, 2021, Grace was suspended from the practice of law for 18 months, commencing on September 17, 2021 (Matter of Grace, 198 AD3d 145).

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.

We find that Robert D. Grace, admitted as Robert Darius Grace, does not demonstrate the requisite character and fitness to practice law.
