DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, both dated May 20, 2021. Motion by the appellant to stay the foreclosure sale of the subject premises, and the issuance or transfer of a referee's deed therefor, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the foreclosure sale of the subject premises, and the issuance or transfer of a referee's deed therefor are stayed, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
