Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated April 30, 2020. Application by the appellant to withdraw the appeal insofar as taken against the respondent Church of the Annunciation. Separate application by the appellant to withdraw the appeal insofar as taken against the respondent Affairs & Banquets Floral Services Inc., d/b/a Arcadia Floral Company.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted and the appeal is deemed withdrawn insofar as taken against the respondents Church of the Annunciation and Affairs & Banquets Floral Services Inc., d/b/a Arcadia Floral Company, without costs or disbursements.
