Appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated November 21, 2022, and an order of the same court dated July 31, 2023. The appeal from the judgment was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c) to vacate the dismissal of the appeal from the judgment, to extend the time to perfect the appeals, and to consolidate the appeals. Separate motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of the judgment, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to vacate the dismissal of the appeal from the judgment is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to extend the time to perfect the appeal from the judgment and to consolidate the appeals are denied as academic; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion to stay enforcement of the judgment is denied.
