Appeal and cross-appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 24, 2020, as amended by two orders of the same court dated October 6, 2020, and October 21, 2020, respectively, which were determined by decision and order of this Court dated July 27, 2022. Motion by City of New York, Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation, and Plaza Construction LLC for leave to reargue the appeal.
