Respondent having moved to dismiss the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Genesee County Court, rendered November 16, 2020, on the ground that appellant has failed to timely perfect the appeal,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appeal shall be perfected on or before March 4, 2024, and in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
