It is hereby ORDERED that Sarah Holt, Esq., Monroe County Conflict Defender, 16 East Main Street, Suite 600, Rochester, New York 14614, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeals taken from orders of the Family Court, Monroe, entered October 27, 2023, in place and stead of the Monroe County Public Defender, and
It is further ORDERED that the Monroe County Family Court Clerk provide Sarah Holt, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeals are based.
