Appeal from an order of the County Court, Suffolk County, dated October 13, 2020. Motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeal on the ground that it has been rendered academic by the appellant's death on July 19, 2022, and to waive the motion filing fee.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the motion filing fee is waived, and the appeal is dismissed as academic, without costs or disbursements.
