Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated May 26, 2023, and August 31, 2023, respectively. Motion by the appellants, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from the orders and for summary reversal of the orders or, in the alternative, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, including transfer of the decedent's interest in the subject property, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal to this Court from the orders is held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeals for determination upon the argument or submission thereof; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
