Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the matter is referred to the Supreme Court, Kings County, to report on whether it considered the plaintiffs' reply brief in connection with the motion for a preliminary injunction, which was determined by the order dated March 10, 2022; the Supreme Court, Kings County, shall file its report to this Court with all convenient speed; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance in the interim.
