Appeal from a decision of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated October 4, 2022, and an order of the same court dated June 29, 2023. Motion by the appellant to consolidate the appeals and to deem the record and briefs filed on the appeal from the decision also to be filed on the appeal from the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeals are consolidated and on or before February 16, 2024, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the order, the notice of appeal from the order, and the papers constituting the record in connection with the appeal from the order, via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the supplemental record and upload a digital copy of the supplemental record, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and the motion is otherwise denied.
