| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 20, 2023, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated August 30, 2022. Motion by assigned counsel for the respondent Sekou Santiago to be relieved of the assignment to respond to the appeal and for the assignment of new counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the respondent's former counsel, Patricia Pazner, Appellate Advocates, 111 John Street, 9th Floor, New York, New York 10038, is relieved of the assignment and is directed to turn over all papers in the above-entitled matter to new counsel assigned herein; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to County Law § 722 the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal:

and it is further,

ORDERED that assigned counsel shall serve a copy of this decision and order on motion upon the clerk of the court from which the appeal is taken.
