DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

2022-03779

John Stampfl, respondent,

v Antonina Stampfl, appellant.

(Index No. 30932/2017)

Appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, two dated November 23, 2021, and one dated April 25, 2022, respectively. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 17, 2023, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals was extended until December 18, 2023. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeals.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs of disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]) and prior order of the Court.

BARROS, J.P., CHAMBERS, WOOTEN and WAN, JJ., concur.
