Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated January 11, 2022. Motion by the respondent for leave to reargue its opposition to a prior motion by the appellant to stay all foreclosure proceedings in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 11, 2023.
