Motions by Gunilla Perez-Faringer, Esq. for leave to withdraw as counsel for appellant on an appeal from a decision of the City Court of Yonkers, Westchester County, dated February 6, 2023.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the motions are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions are granted, and on or before January 31, 2024, Gunilla Perez-Faringer, Esq., shall serve her client, by one of the methods specified in CPLR 2103 (c), with a copy of this decision and order on motion and shall file proof of such service with the clerk of this court; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further proceedings shall be taken against the appellant, without leave of this court, until the expiration of 30 days after the service upon the appellant of a copy of this decision and order on motion.
