Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated September 21, 2023. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, to cancel the notice of pendency or, in the alternative to direct the respondents to post a bond in the amount of $1.3 million to maintain the notice of pendency, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
