It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and Susan C. Ministero, Esq., of the Legal Aid Bureau of Buffalo, Inc., is relieved of their assignment, and
It is further ORDERED that the Cattaraugus County Assigned Counsel Administrator is directed to provide the Court with an attorney who is willing and able to accept this assignment.
